Service includes but is not limited to a thorough inspection and treatment of all beds, headboards, box springs, sofas, chairs, picture frames, moldings, curtains, closets, draws, and any other possible harborage location. Fan spraying of all carpets.
Preparations: Customer must clean all laundry in hot water, and empty all draws and closets. Vacuum rugs and couches before treatment and after chemical dries.
For most bed bug treatments, there is no need to address books,electronics or dry cleaning during the preparation phase.
Rodent-Proofing Service
1 Apartment= $275.00 & $75.00 for each additional apartment.
45 day guarantee.

Service includes but is not limited to: Complete inspection of the structure. Sealing of all rodent openings after a tracking powder has been applied into the holes. Installing of tamper proof bait stations, and the placement of nonpoisonous glue traps.
Preparations: Empty under sinks and move items away from walls and any radiators.
General Insect Cleanout Service
(Cockroaches, Ants, Silverfish, Centipedes, Water Bugs, Beetles, Crickets, Spiders, Sow bugs and more.)
1 apartment= $225.00 and $75.00 for each additional apt or floor.
3 visits within 45 days if nessasary guarantee.

Service includes a full inspection and the crack and crevice treatment of the entire structure, with Suspend insecticide, Gentrol growth regulator, and baits and gels where necessary.
Preparations: Empty as many cabinets and closets as possible especially under the sinks
Super Saver: Rodent and General Insect Cleanout Service
(Mice, Cockroaches, Ants, Silverfish, Centipedes, Water Bugs, Beetles, Crickets, Spiders, Sow bugs and more.)
1 apartment= $375.00 and $100.00 for each for each additional apt.
Up to 6 services in 60 days if necessary guarantee.

Guaranteed Termite Treatments
Most commonly treatment entails drilling holes around perimeter of structure and the application of Phantom EPA Reg # 241-392 into the soil that surround the structure. Then the sealing of all holes that were created to apply pesticides.

Clothing & Meal Moth Treatments
1 bedroom apartment=$450.00 & $100.00 for each additional bedroom.
This service is guaranteed for up to 4 visits within 60 days if necessary.

- Meal moths include discarding any and all grain in structure and emptying all cabinets & closets to a reasonable degree.
- Clothing moths include the laundering of all clothing in the immediate area and the emptying of all dressers draws and closets.
Pigeon Control
Treatment includes the removal of pigeons, cleaning of feces and nests, installation of Bird be gone pigeon repellent and or installation pigeon proof spikes.
Pricing starts at $325.00 for first 3 square feet to be treated and $50.00 each additional square foot.
Demolition Rodent Treatments and Certificates:
In order to do major demolitions and or construction, in New York City, first a licensed pest control company must bait the area for rodents in order to protect the surrounding areas from rodents that might be disturbed during the demolition and or building possess.
Tamper proof bait stations must be installed to the area while thoroughly inspected by a licensed technician. Also WARNING signs must be displayed as to the presence of poison in the area. And a copy of the chemical used must be supplied to the customer. After Abolish Pest Control Inc completes a demolition baiting treatment, a schematic of the area and the location of all the Tamper Proof Bait Stations that were installed will be generated at the office, and the necessary paperwork will be faxed to the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. At that time, the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene will send an inspector of its own (usually within a few weeks) and after confirmation that proper baiting has been performed, a certificate will be sent to the Customer and our office approving the treatment.
Prices for this treatment are calculated by two factors.
1. Installation cost $375.00
2. Price per linear foot +$1 each ( A 50 ft by 50 ft property would be 200 linear feet = $200.00)
Total cost for this treatment would be $575.00 and would include all filing of paper work and all above said procedures.
Commercial Clean Out Service, for Rodents and Insects.
Includes:
1. Tracking Powder application to rodent openings.
2. Sealing of all rodent openings to a practical degree.
3. Installation of RTU tamper proof bait stations.
4. Baiting of all RTU bait stations
5. Computer generated schematic of bait station locations.
6. Nonpoisonous rodent traps applied.
7. Complete insect cleanout service rendered.
8. Comprehensive service report with solutions and recommendations.
9. Department of health approved service report.
10. 60 day guarantee and up to 5 additional visits.

Buildings and Multi Family Dwellings
Service includes, but is not limited to the maintenance service of all available apartments, all hallways, all compactor chutes, boiler rooms, utility rooms, and any other accessible areas at time of visit.
Also, all building under monthly maintenance service will automatically receive a 20% discount on all specialty cleanout services such as rodent proofing’s and bed bug treatments etc.
3-9 units: $65.00 for 3 family building and $5.00 for each additional apartment.
10 - 20 units: $90.00 for 10 units $5.00 each additional unit
20 - 30 units: $175.00
30 – 50 units $225.00
